MARGUERITES HISTORY

Our restaurant was built as a private seaside residence in 1955. Many years later a spirited group of friends were inspired to convert the home along the bustling Gloucester Avenue into a restaurant. In 1979 Marguerites, named after the original Executive Chef, opened it's doors to the public. The quaint seaside restaurant quickly established a reputation for serving creative seafood recipes fused with unique ingredients.

More than 40 years later Marguerites still welcomes guests to the iconic restaurant on Montego Bay's Hip Strip, overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
